2. Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with any tags still attached.
3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at support@viralbargain.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Our team will reply with step-by-step return instructions and a shipping address.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and other reasons. These include final sale items, gift cards, and personal care products. Please check the product description before purchasing if you're unsure.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. In those cases, Viral Bargain will cover the return shipping fully. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first double-check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed and it still hasn't appeared, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
