At Viral Bargain, we believe a great deal shouldn't come with hidden costs — that's why we offer free worldwide shipping on every single order, with no minimum spend and no surprises at checkout. Based in Australia and shipping to customers around the globe, we work hard to get your bargains from our warehouse to your door quickly, safely, and at zero shipping cost to you. This policy explains how we process, ship, and track your order so you always know exactly what to expect.

2. Processing Times

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During major sale events and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we'll always keep you posted. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery windows (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • Domestic (Australia): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by customs clearance, remote delivery locations, and courier network delays outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is completely free on all orders, everywhere we ship — no minimum order value and no threshold to reach. The price you see is the price you pay. All prices on our store are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any applicable local taxes, customs, or import duties are separate from shipping costs and are covered in Section 6 below.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate once you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, don't worry — this is normal during transit between carriers, especially on international shipments.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Viral Bargain has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you'd like an estimate.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated windows, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs, or weather. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please reach out to our team — we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right, whether that means a replacement or a full refund. Packages confirmed as lost in transit are our responsibility, and we've got you covered.

8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — accurate details help us get your order to you fast. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped once the correct details are confirmed.
