Returns: We offer 30‑day returns for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@viralbargain.com with your order number.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns or incorrect orders. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will replace or refund it. In these cases, return shipping is covered by us or the supplier.
